This is the best place that you will need to come should you wish to know about the school handbook. Keep in mind that if you do not read this you cannot blame us later on in roleplays if your character gets caught doing something they knew was against the rules. Therefore, it is important that you look over all parts of this and make sure you're following the rules, or at least your character is following the rules. If not, the worse they will receive would be a detention or perhaps suspension, meaning you would be unable to use them in roleplays for a few days.
GENERAL RULES
DRESS CODE
CURFEW RULES
DORMITORY RULES
SCHOOL LAPTOPS
More rules will be added to the handbook periodically so it is important that you check back here and look through this to make sure your character will not be breaking any rules. Remember this is only a rule book for characters in roleplays, therefore it does not directly apply to you.
GENERAL RULES
I. All students are expected to appear on time to class. Lateness will usually not be tolerated, and punishments will be handed out at the discretion of the teacher for being late.[/blockquote]
II. Any behavior issues students might have in class will be dealt with accordingly by the teacher. Keep this in mind during classes if you're found doing something that you're not allowed to be doing at the time.
III. All students are required to appear in the classes they are signed up to. Exceptions can and will be made, however that will be at the discretion of the teacher at the time. No exceptions will be made. If a problem arises so you cannot appear in a certain class, you need to discuss this with the teacher at the time and explain your situation.
IV. Electronics of any kind found inside classes at anytime will be confiscated by the teacher and handed back at the end of the class. This is by no way negotiable, therefore it's important that you remember to leave all electronical devices in your dorm room unless you wish the teacher to discover them.
V. No fighting will be allowed. This simply means you cannot get into a fist fight with another student because both students will be suspended.
DRESS CODE
I. Uniforms are not required by the school, however you do need to abide by the dress code that we provide.
II. No short skirts will be allowed. This mean if the skirt is not longer then index finger down at your sides then it will not be allowed. Keep in mind, this also means if we see anything under the skirt at anytime, it will be considered too short and not allowed.
III. Shirts need to cover skin appropriately. This means spaghetti straps are not allowed and neither is anything that could be considered too flashy within school. This also goes for tanktops. Your shirt must cover more skin then it is showing.
IV. Hats or bandanna's of any kind are not to be worn during school. This goes for anything that we would consider gang related such as symbols from a gang. Remember this because if we find anyone breaking this rule, the object in question will be turned over to the Headmaster to give back at his discretion.
CURFEW RULES
I. On weekdays the normal curfew will be ten PM. On weekends it will be extended to midnight. This means that lights are expected to be out by the given times. Any student found walking around the halls after this time will be dealt with accordingly, so don't let it happen.
II. Studnets are expected to remain in the school by nine every evening. This means that no student will be allowed outside past nine on any given evening. The same applies for weekends. You must have written permission to be outside past dark.
III. You are not allowed to leave the campus except on weekends. If you're going any further then Domino City you are required to have written permission from the Headmaster saying that it's okay. You must sign yourself out of the school on weekends so that we know you're gone. You are to return by Sunday at seven that evening. Failure to do so will be dealt with by the Headmaster.
DORMITORY RULES
I. No boys will be allowed in the girls room. This will also go as no girls will be allowed in the boys room. If you need to converse with someone of the opposite sex, there is a nice commons area in the middle of each floor, and also a whole floor at the bottom where you can hang out together.
II. You are only allowed to have another person as a roommate. Your roommate will also need to be someone of the same gender as yourself. Roommates will be paired together by the school, therefore if you would like a specific roommate you need to specify so early on before you are assigned a room.
III. Once your room is assigned you will not be allowed to choose a new room. Rooms are only given out once per person therefore there will be no chance for you to switch. If you have a very good reason to switch please let the school know, however it has to be a really good reason otherwise ti will not happen.
IV. You are allowed to bring other things to lighten up your room, however they cannot be against the rules. Be real people, if you already know that something is not allowed then don't bring it. You never know when random room searches will be held.
V. No weapons are to be allowed in any room. This would also go for the rest of the campus. If you have a weapon of any sort, leave it off the campus grounds. Weapons will not be tolerated here.
VI. You do not need to live in the Dormitory. As long as you have a house and can prove residency in Domino City you can remain there and travel to school. If you live further then Domino City you must live in a Dorm.
SCHOOL LAPTOPS
I. At the beginning of each school year, students will be administered one school owned laptop which will hold online text books and helpful links for students to visit.[/blockquote]
II. A lot of freedom is given with these laptops but you must not abuse these or your laptop will be taken away and you'll be forced to use regular textbooks in class.
III. If you lose or break the laptop you will have to pay Anima High School $2,000 just for your laptop. This is an expensive fee so be sure not to lose or break it.
IV. Refrain from posting or looking up inappropriate things using the schools laptops. Be aware that Anima High School can track down each computer and detect what was being looked at in the computer using the computer in the Headmasters office. IF he finds out you were looking at something you weren't supposed to, he has rights to hand out the proper punishment.
V. Enjoy the freedom while it lasts, but remember to abide by these rules or you'll lose the laptop for the remainder of the school year.
