This is the side of Domino City where you'll find the majority of citizens live at. You'll find houses, apartments, any many more areas that many have been living in. It's amainly a few nice neighborhoods with nice looking houses and apartments. There are a few who do not follow this but that's not too many. It's a rather safe area away from most violance.
